“As a board certified nurse practitioner it is extremely important the products that I stand behind. When I became pregnant by surprise, I spent days researching all the prenatals on the market and quality of ingredients. I chose the Fig Wellness prenatal bundle not only for the quality of sourcing, but the potency and addition of ingredients not often prioritized in a prenatal vitamin. Most specifically, the 900mg of choline proved to be the highest available. With the addition of CoQ10 and other vital nutrients, it even surprised my OB and Midwife team. I felt incredible during and post pregnancy taking this prenatal. I know my little guy says thank you as well, as he is surpassing his milestones and continues to be a happy, healthy baby.”

“I have been a colleague of Dr. Natalie for years and she has a true passion for women’s health and functional medicine. She has poured years of time, education and knowledge into her supplement line and they are incredible! I don’t have many prenatal’s that I recommend at my office (which is a women’s health, prenatal/postpartum, peds specific office) but her’s is one of them - truly one of the most nutrient dense on the market! Incredible levels of choline and 5-MTHF! I love it stacked with her Super Omega’s and NAC as well! Truly the best prenatal stack ever! I also have been taking it myself and have noticed better energy, increased cervical mucous and less and less PMS symptoms! Couldn’t recommend enough!”

“This is the ONLY prenatal I have found that doesn’t make me feel sick. As someone who owns a supplement brand and has been in the industry for over 10 years, I know a quality product when I see one. I can see and feel the difference in this prenatal omega bundle versus it’s competitors. It is better than anything else I’ve tried on the market. I LOVE that it has methylated B vitamins and I can tell the ingredients are SO high quality.”

“As a holistically minded home birth doula I know how a solid prenatal is for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. I used to believe a healthy diet was enough of a prenatal, but many women still have nutritional gaps. When I was wanting to start prenatals myself, I did research for days. Fig was the only one I found that met every single criteria and even goes above and beyond, I was so impressed! When I began taking them, I couldn’t believe how much improved in my periods and energy. I will continue to recommend this prenatal to all of my clients.”

“When it comes to what I put into my body, quality matters. As a chiropractor, I believe in being intentional about supplementation and choosing products that align with my standards for health and wellness. When I found FIG Wellness, it checked all the boxes. I’ve loved taking their prenatals throughout my pregnancy and have felt amazing along the way. As both a healthcare professional and an expecting mom, I love being able to stand behind a product I genuinely believe in and confidently share it with others.”

“Something I love recommending to anyone preparing for pregnancy, growing a baby, or navigating postpartum is Fig.

As a doula and a mom, I’m drawn to brands that align with my faith and my heart for growing families. I take Fig’s prenatal, NAC, Glucose Control, and magnesium daily, and I’ve personally noticed that I feel less inflamed when I’m consistent with them.

I really appreciate the care Dr. Natalie puts into each formulation and the thought that goes into the nutrients and their amounts. Everyone’s needs are different, so I’d always encourage you to check with your provider about which supplements are right for you, especially during pregnancy and postpartum.

Fig’s Christian foundation and pro-family values reflect my own, and that makes it a brand I’m grateful to have in my daily routine.”

“As a labor and delivery nurse with PCOS, I know how important prenatal nutrition is in supporting a healthy pregnancy from conception all the way to delivery and into postpartum.

My husband and I are about a year into our fertility journey and I started taking Fig prenatal, NAC, and omegas because I value a brand that uses clean ingredients, is 3rd party tested, and features real and authentic results. After a lot of research and comparison, Fig proved to be the most comprehensive prenatal over and over. Finding a high quality product with real results is often hard to find, and harder to trust but not with Fig.

We are so hopeful, we can be featured as a Fig success story someday too and feel confident in their products and the impact they have on our current health for our future family!”

“As a board-certified nurse practitioner and now a third-time mom, I’ve spent years researching nutrition, fertility, and ways to be intentional about my health. When my previous prenatal was discontinued, I switched to FIG Wellness after following Dr. Underberg on social media for years. After three months on FIG, I’m really happy with my switch! Having tried many of the popular prenatal brands over the years, I was drawn to FIG’s comprehensive formula and the added nutrients that I had previously been taking separately during my infertility journey. I love finding products that align with my passion for clean labels, proactive wellness, and supporting my body through every season of motherhood, from preconception through pregnancy and postpartum. FIG quickly became one of my favorite supplement brands and my first recommendation to any of my clients in their journey to/in motherhood.”
