I love these! I will say that they do have a bit of a smell and I probably wouldn't have been able to do it in my morning sickness phase, but I got these about halfway through and have been taking them for a few months. I feel good about the ingredients and quality and they don't make me feel sick (which other brands have).

So happy with the products I have received, I have started my husband on the men's multi vitamin. He is noticing a big difference in energy at his long days at work so far and he's just started using them. Everything is so easy to find on the website. So easy to sign up for subscriptions and edit them as needed. So glad I found this company!

I like all of the clean ingredients and what the company stands for. I personally haven’t felt any different or noticed any changes. They recently changed something in their products though, because the prenatal tasted AWFUL now.

I was a little worried about getting pregnant after doing some blood testing, so I started focusing on my diet and taking the Fig Prenatal. I got pregnant within 2.5 months! They helped so much with milk supply postpartum as well! Currently still taking the prenatal and pregnant with my second super quickly!

The best prenatal vitamins on the market! I'm 9 weeks pregnant and have been taking these for a month or so. I feel great while taking these - no nausea or discomfort like with other prenatals I had before. They have the right folate and vitamin A, include choline, and other necessary nutrients. And the best part is that they have only traces of heavy metals, way below the daily max allowed dose. I checked with the company for proof!! All other prenatal vitamins have insane amounts of heavy metals, which is dangerous for moms and babies. I'm so grateful I discovered FIG Wellness. These are the cleanest prenatal vitamins on the market. Thank you so much for caring about families and creating such amazing prenatal vitamins! And for being so transparent. I'm only going to use these prenatal vitamins from now on with all my pregnancies and postpartum.

My husband absolutely loves the Men's Multi. He says he has become a "Fig-aholic" in the best way. We both have become so much more consistent in taking our daily supplements as a couple and have great energy, sleeping better, feeling in sync with our hormone cycles, etc. Can't recommend these enough even for couples not actively TTC, this is a solid foundation for us both!

I’ve tried a handful of prenatals while preparing for pregnancy, and Fig has been the easiest one to stay consistent with. I love that it includes methylated folate, choline, inositol, CoQ10, and other thoughtfully selected ingredients, so I don’t feel like I have to buy a dozen separate supplements.
It also sits well on my stomach, which has been a huge plus since I’ve been more sensitive lately. I appreciate the clean ingredient list and the fact that it’s designed with fertility and pregnancy in mind. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m getting comprehensive nutrition in one product.
If you’re looking for a high-quality prenatal with evidence-based ingredients, I’d definitely recommend giving Fig a try.

I could not give a higher recommendation for these amazing supplements. I took the pre-natal for months leading up to conception and through my pregnancy. No nausea, morning sickness or classic pregnancy symptoms early in pregnancy and attribute all my pregnancy health to Fig! The nutrient density of Fig cannot be beat by any product on the market. I am so excited to continue taking Postpartum and through future fertility journeys! Also a bonus- the customer service is best in class!

You absolutely cannot beat FIG Wellness! Everything they make is top tier quality, and I love that it comes from a faith based, family run company that truly cares - not just about your TTC journey but your overall wellness too. Their glass jars are so beautiful too, which makes leaving them out on my counter so easy.
This is the first prenatal I have ever taken that does not make me feel nauseous. I have been on the Women's Prenatal along with the NAC and Super Omega, and in just a few months my bloodwork and hormone levels have shown a real improvement. Everything feels so much more balanced now. My husband has started taking the Men's Prenatal too, and we love knowing we are supporting our health together with a brand we trust completely. I highly recommend FIG to anyone looking for quality they can feel confident in!!

I’ve been taking this product for over a year starting back when it was Female Formulations. I honestly feel much better overall and my labs are excellent! My husband also takes the male version and absolutely loves it.
When there was an issue with my recent order and I had to reach out to customer service, they responded almost instantly and provided a replacement without hesitation. The owner cares about her products and patients and it’s truly the best quality product out there. My gyno was even impressed!
