DURING OUR PRE-LAUNCH - orders will ship between 7-10 days after your order has been placed.

After 11/15/25, U.S. orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International deliveries can take between 7-16 days depending on location. Shipping and tracking information will be provided in your confirmation email.

Due to the nature of our products and the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. If your product arrives damaged or defective, email hello@figwellness.co within 7 days with your order number and photos.

We picked only the highest quality manufactures who are not willing to cut corners or cut costs at the expense of our families. We formulate with bioavailable, clinically-studied ingredients in optimal doses. Many companies are using bare minimum dosages just to include an ingredient to "check a box". Iron needs are personal and should be dosed based on lab work and also competes for absorption with other nutrients. Omega-3s can oxidize when mixed with other nutrients, so we keep them separate for purity and potency.
