Helpful details

The FIG approach, at a glance.

Formula, ingredient, and use details to help you make a more informed start.

How does FIG approach ingredient quality?

FIG selects ingredients for purity, body compatibility, and clinical relevance. Materials are third-party tested on arrival and batches are tested after formulation; products are made in FDA-registered, NSF-certified facilities.

Can I use FIG before pregnancy, during pregnancy, or postpartum?

Many FIG formulas are designed around preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and everyday wellness needs. The Women's Comprehensive Prenatal Multi is positioned for use from preconception through breastfeeding and recovery. Always review the individual product page and consult your qualified healthcare professional for personal medical, pregnancy, medication, or breastfeeding guidance.

Why are iron and Omega-3s separate from the prenatal?

FIG explains that iron needs are individual and should be guided by lab work and a healthcare professional. The brand keeps Omega-3s separate because they can oxidize when mixed with other nutrients, helping preserve product purity and potency.

How should I take FIG supplements?

Follow the suggested-use directions on each product page and label. FIG generally recommends taking supplements with food. For the Women's Comprehensive Prenatal Multi, the current suggested use is three capsules with breakfast and three with lunch, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Where can I review ingredients, Supplement Facts, and suggested use?

Every FIG product page includes the current ingredient list, Supplement Facts, suggested use, and available options. This is the best place to review a formula before purchasing and to check the latest product-specific information.

Are FIG formulas vegan and allergen-friendly?

Not every FIG product is vegan; for example, Super Omega contains oil sourced from wild-caught fish. FIG states that its products are formulated without tree nuts, dairy, or wheat, but it cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contact. Review each label carefully and consult a healthcare professional for severe allergies or sensitivities.
