Shipping policy
Shipping Locations We currently ship to all addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international locations outside of these countries at this time.
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- United States: Standard shipping (5-7 business days)
- Canada: Standard shipping (7-10 business days)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Duties & Taxes (Canada) For Canadian customers, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery and are separate from your order total.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@figwellness.co with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
